Meet your tutor
Holly is a Computer Science and ICT teacher, and the founder of TeachAllAboutIt who specialises in programming in multiple languages and computational thinking skills.
After working as a software developer Holly found her journey led her back to working with young people and the call of teaching finally got too loud to ignore any longer. She now spends her days watching young people develop a passion for the subject that she loves and thoroughly enjoys seeing them surpass all expectations at KS3, GCSE, and A Level Computer Science. In 2012, her first book ‘Java for GCSE’ was published via Amazon and followed in 2018 with her second book focusing on inclusive teaching techniques, Teach All About It.
She has worked with large organisations such as the BBC, writing for the Bitesize Computer Science section, and the British Computer Society developing training resources for Computer Science teachers. The opportunity to play with Lego robots, raspberry pi systems and games programming environments is just a bonus…
Holly will be available each week during your live lesson and you can submit your work to her using the form provided for each lesson.
If you need to ask a question, you can contact her at email@example.com
